Children from Hawes Side, Waterloo and St Matthews had a fantastic visit to Revoe. We saw lots of different things that were exciting!
Tell us what you saw, that you really liked and what you think would be a good idea in your school?

This week we are revising
Separating mixtures – what will you use a sieve, a magnet, filter paper, evaporation?
Check out http://www.bbc.co.uk/schools/ks2bitesize/science/
Reversible and irreversible changes – if I bake a cake, could I get my eggs, butter, flour and sugar back?
http://www.sciencekids.co.nz/gamesactivities/reversiblechanges.html
Look at our silly mixture of water, salt, stones, paper clips, sand and olive oil…how did we separate it?

Well, 6A have started blogging! It’s great to see you have all tried to add your own unique touches to the blog. Over the next few weeks, however, we’re going to start to add our class approach to the blog.
Take a look at this wordle, it is made up of all the words from the last 5 years of SATs spelling tests! Pretty impressive. Thanks to Mr Mitchell, a deputy head at Heathfield Primary School in Bolton, for it.
